The day after Christmas, our part of the United States got hit by a Snow storm!
Pinky’s reaction: Happy, excited!
Mommy’s reaction: Oh no!!!
Daddy’s reaction: I’ll better stay on the hospital and see you guys when the trains get on service again!
Here is how everything started….ok it started at mid-day and I took these pics at 4pm!
Here is Pinky….learning, as always, while she is playing with the snow. So she could play with the snow, I had to open the window (Hey, mommy was not going outside, even if there was a hundred dollar…..ok….I will!!!)
You can see how much she is enjoying it!
Ok…maybe too much! She was trying to ESCAPE outside thru the window…can you imagine!
The day after the storm…..
The street in front of my building and my garage…How can I drive my car now?
And…here is our toddler more than happy and ready for action! And all fashion…she doesn’t to go outside without dresses or skirts because she is a PRINCESS!!! Therefore; with 4 pant, 2 shirts, 2 pairs of mittens, 2 pairs of socks, 1 scarf, 1 hat, and a coat….she wanted her tutu!!! That’s my little girl!
Ready, set, go!! She was not eating the snow, just trying to throw some at me!
Snow angels attempts: First, Second and Third!
The result! At the third attempt, she got it!
There goes a proud toddler!!! She did it!
Just a thought: The great thing about winter/snowy days its the cold…I just told her that we should leave because it was getting cold…..and for the first time in a looooonnnngggg time….she is heading to the apartment before me and without complaints!!!!
So I better go, too! But before, here is my SNOW-MOMMY!!! BYE-BYE
Pinky really loves her Education cubes! She can roll them, she can jump over them and, sometimes, I find she trying to stand on them. So here is another activity we found: I spy game!
I just printed out a Christmas-related page from here plus some pictures to make the cards. The game consisted of roll the cubes and find that picture on the Christmas page! Simple and fun! We also took turns whenever the picture was repeated. A good tool to teach a toddler about taking turns, wait and have patience!
Moreover, I will try it with other pictures and cards like Valentines, Seasons, colors, etc.
She found the Gingerbread house!- too easy! : )
Looking for the stocking! We also has Santa, star, presents, Christmas tree and candy cane.
Bonus: Here she is modeling! Soooo cute….
She is taking it very serious! jajaja
Have fun and I spy…..

Update: If you really want to try those, or better, WIN them..here is a giveaway going on right now on Mama Jenn blog.

Yesterday started as a great day, maybe after expend the whole night watching movies with my husband; just the two of us!!! I was really missing those moments….good way to start the year!
After sleeping just a few hours my day continued as usual until in the afternoon my baby (husband) decided to have his moment with little me (sometimes that’s how I called Pinky). They went to a walk and visit his family….Can you see the whole picture??? I had the apartment just FOR ME!!!!…Thanks God….you know how much I was missing that time….so I was cleaning like crazy (before they would come back), read some mails….and then…I found that I had been awarded by Mom To 2 Posh Lil Divas with the Stylish blogger award! I feel as I won the Grammy or one of those….yes!!!
I am really very honored that My Little Princess World is getting read and appreciated! Thanks so very much for all of you who share our Learning Path!!

We just want to wish everyone out there the best for this New Year! It is not only about resolutions, plans or wishes….for us is a NEW whole year to learn, have fun, explore, grow, love, laugh and sometimes cry, jump, run, kiss, travel, friends, family, mistakes….just a NEW YEAR to keep looking all the wonderful things God has for us!
From our family; a big hug, best wishes and blessings to you all! And here is Pinky’s New Year resolution:
My New Year's resolution by By Robert Fisher
I will not throw the cat out the window
Or put a frog in my mommy's bed
I will not tie my daddy's shoelaces together
Nor jump from the roof of Dad's shed
I shall remember my aunt's next birthday
And tidy my room once a week
I'll not moan at Mum's cooking (Ugh! fish fingers again!)
Nor give her any more of my cheek.
I will not pick my nose if I can help it
I shall fold up my clothes, comb my hair,
I will say please and thank you (even when I don't mean it)
And never spit or shout or even swear.
I shall write each day in my diary
Try my hardest to be helpful at school
I shall help old ladies cross roads (even if they don't want to)
And when others are rude I'll stay cool.
I'll go to bed with the owls and be up with the larks
And close every door behind me
I shall squeeze from the bottom of every toothpaste tube
And stay where trouble can't find me.
I shall start again, turn over a new leaf,
leave my bad old ways forever
shall I start them this year, or next year
shall I sometime, or .....?
Happy New Year and lets the fun begin!!!
