Body parts- Face

This one was one of Pinky’s first activities. She was 18 months old and we were learning our body parts. Here, we started with the face.

First, she was gluing the parts of the face (eyes, nose, mouth and hair) on a paper plate. I cut two small squares for the eyes, a triangle for the nose, a semi-circle for the mouth and a funny shape for the hair. While we were doing this activity we practiced shapes, colors and gluing.

Another activity we did was gluing different faces on another paper plate. Here we had the opportunity to see some differences between the faces and woman, men, boy, girl, babies and aged people. She had too much fun gluing.

This was a great Tot school start!
